Return / Exchange Policy
All apparel items are eligible for 30 day refund / exchange from the date of delivery.
If by any chance you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there is a size issue, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com for the return/exchange process.
In order to eligible for an exchagne, all items must be unworn with all tags and original packaging.
If items returned are worn and without labels, items will be returned to sender and refund will be rejected.
If customizations are applied to apparel items, refund will become void due to the nature of the item as we cannot resell items with customizations. If there is a sizing issue, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily offer a resolution.
Please do not return items back to the address listed on the label. All returns/exchanges must be returned to a specific address which will be provided upon contacting email@example.com. If items are returned to sender, a refund will not be honoured and items will be declared lost.
