EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

EXCHANGES

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first and send us the photos of your product and Order number.

1) If we deliver the:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong colour
  • The website image doesn't match the jersey design you were delivered
  • Package was delivered damaged

we will reship your new product without any additional charges and you can keep that item as an apology from us to the problem you've suffered.

2) If we deliver the right product but you're not satisfied with the item ( Doesn't fit). We're offer you 2 options:

  • You can keep that item: you just need to pay a small Shipping and Handling fee (please contact us for further information) and we will send you new item within 2 days. You don't need to return your package.
  • If you don't want to pay that fee, you will have to return that item at your own expense and the item has not been used, worn, washed or damaged. The item must include its tag and packaging. We will deliver you the replacement item right after we receive your returns.
  • All Undergarments are Final Sale - No Refunds or Exchanges. If you order undergarments and they do not fit, please emails us and we will offer you a resolution. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Note: You cannot exchange the items which are on sale or free.

REFUNDS

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 3-7 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment .

Reasons for a refund may be considered invalid are (judge on a case by case basis):

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Bicycle Booth (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • You order wrong size or colour.
  • The items you ordered are on sale or free.
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Bicycle Booth.

* You can submit refund requests within 30 days after the day of delivery (as per tracking notification). You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page explaining the reason for the request or emailing us at Sales@BicycleBooth.com.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied back to the original method of payment.

REFUNDS FOR PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Any Order that has any type of personalization or customization on the jersey that was done for Free, will have a 10$ fee deducted from the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If it is our mistake and we require you to ship back the items, we will pay for the cost of shipping by generating a shipping label for you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
