Returns & Exchanges

All items are eligible for 30 days refund or exchange from the date of delivery.

Items will be replaced under one condition; it must be unworn with all tags and original packaging.
If returned items are worn and without labels, the refund will be rejected and store credit will be issued.
If customizations are applied to apparel items, refund will become void due to the nature of the item as we cannot resell items with customizations.
Please do not return items back to the address listed on the label. Upon contacting sales@bicyclebooth.com, we will provide you with the address.
If by any chance,items are returned to the sender, a refund will not be honoured and items will be declared lost.
