EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATION
Because our apparel is made to order with extensive customization options, orders may only be canceled within 48 hours of placement.
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel it, you must contact us at sales@bicyclebooth.com within 48 hours.
Once production, packaging, or shipping has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a product, please email sales@bicyclebooth.com first. Provide your order number, the email used for purchase, and clear photos of the product(s) to expedite the process.
Your order qualifies for an exchange if one of the following applies:

We delivered the wrong size

We delivered the wrong colour (we sent you a different colour variant, not minor shade differences between photos and actual product)

The package or product arrived damaged
If any of the above apply, contact us and we will work on a resolution in your favor.
If you received the correct product but are not satisfied with it, you may request an exchange by contacting us at sales@bicyclebooth.com within 30 days of delivery.
Final Sale Items:

All items marked “Clearance” in the product title and all Mystery Products are final sale (no refunds or exchanges).

All undergarments are final sale (no refunds or exchanges).
If sizing is an issue on a final-sale or undergarment item, please email us and we will try to offer a resolution.
Do not send your purchase back to the return address printed on the package. That address may be a freight forwarder and returned goods can be lost. Any charges incurred by returning to the wrong address will be deducted from your order.
Contact sales@bicyclebooth.com for the correct return address if it’s not included in your package.
REFUNDS
You may request a refund or reshipment if:

You received the wrong item.
If the item arrives after a refund or reshipment was issued, you will be required to either pay for the goods or send them back upon arrival.
Refund requests will not be approved for reasons such as:

Incorrect shipping address provided by you

Delivery delays outside our control (customs, natural disasters, etc.)

Ordering the wrong size or colour

Items received as part of a promotion (e.g., free items in “Buy 2 Get 1 Free”) without returning all items

Items used or with tags removed (these may only qualify for exchange or store credit)
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (per tracking) through our Contact Us page or by emailing sales@bicyclebooth.com.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
RESTOCKING FEE FOR RETURNS
All refunded returns are subject to a 10% restocking and sanitization fee based on the total order value.
To avoid this fee, you may opt for store credit (100% value) or request an exchange instead.
If you used a discount code or volume discount, the discount will be recalculated if a partial refund brings your order below the threshold.
LARGE BULK / TEAM ORDERS
Orders of 15+ apparel items are final sale due to the manufacturing requirements for large runs.
We strongly recommend placing a smaller sample order first to ensure sizing and design meet expectations.
If there is a sizing issue with a large order, contact us, and we will do our best to find a resolution.
PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Orders with any personalization (e.g., custom collar text, side panel text, logos, or custom designs) are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
If there is a sizing issue with your personalized order, contact us, and we will do our best to find a resolution.
RETURN SHIPPING
Please email us for the return address before shipping anything back. We will confirm whether a return is required and provide instructions.

For exchanges, we may cover part of your return shipping cost.

For refunds, you are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

If the error was ours and a return is required, we will reimburse you for return shipping once approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
If you send back an item without prior authorization, Bicycle Booth is not responsible for that item and it will not be returned to you.
ORDERS WITH FREE GIFTS
Mystery Products are selected at random and may include sleeveless, short sleeve, long sleeve, thermal fleece jerseys, or cycling glasses.
If you return items from an order that included a free gift and the refund brings your order below the threshold for the gift, a $35 USD fee applies unless you return the free gift unused with your items. Used gifts cannot be returned and the fee will still apply.
Free gifts are final sale.
